EZAR EV is an on-demand charging service, not a roadside recovery fleet. We do not bring a battery pack or a generator to a stranded car. What we do is collect a drivable electric car at short notice, charge it at the nearest working station, and return it — which covers most of what people mean by an EV charging emergency, but not all of it.
If your car will not move, stop reading and call your manufacturer's roadside assistance. That is the faster and the correct answer, and most Indian EV warranties include it.

The car is drivable but you cannot spare the hour a station would take. Book the soonest pickup window and the charge happens while you carry on with whatever you were doing.
A trip tomorrow morning and a battery that will not make it. A scheduled late-evening or overnight pickup puts the range in before you need the car, with no late-night station visit.
Home point tripped, society supply out, or the station you rely on is out of service. We route to the nearest working alternative in the zone — and if the first station is dead, the pilot re-routes at no extra cost to you.
One van at low charge can stall a delivery rota. A pickup moves the charging off the shift and back onto the vehicle's idle window.

Warning lights, a refusal to charge, or anything that smells or feels wrong on a traction battery is a service matter. Do not keep trying to charge it — contact your manufacturer.
Nearly every EV charging emergency is a scheduling problem that came due. The cheapest fix is a standing pickup in a window when the car is parked anyway — a weekday afternoon, or overnight — so the battery never gets to the point where it dictates your day.
