HOOP started with a spreadsheet of wasted evenings. Between hunting for a working charger, queuing behind two other cars and waiting out the session, a single top-up was costing our first users the better part of an evening, every week. The vehicles were ready for India. The charging day wasn't. So we built the missing piece: a trained pilot who takes the car, does the waiting, and brings it back.
